Jayzen is a 25-year veteran of Fortune 100 companies including Comcast, General Electric, and The Walt Disney Company, working with some of the world's top entertainment and media brands including Bravo, USA Network, The Golf Channel, Telemundo, and Universal Parks & Resorts.
Most recently he led executive development and architected the Talent Lab, a uniquely branded corporate university, for NBCUniversal, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies.
A life-long equality advocate, Jayzen also supported NBCUniversal’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion in growing and developing Employee Resource Groups and their leaders as well as curating leadership development programs for high potential diverse executives. Jayzen is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
